Regulations

.AVOID manual handling where possible
.ASSESS the risk of injury from any manual handling that

.REDUCE the risk of injury from manual handling, as far as
reasonably practicable
.REVIEW all manual handling assessments according to
the risk or whenever any significant change occurs.
