Having worked in the industry for just over two decades, I am equipped with a balance of leadership, operational expertise and strategic vision.
Underpinning my experience lies a BA (Hons) In Business Administration and current studies of MSc Management with Sustainability.
My passion for human capital ignited the birth and growth of Dynamic learning enabling me to curate a pool of talented and passionate partners to deliver excellence across our training spectrum.
Throughout my business career, I have successfully created hundreds of job opportunities, mentored over 100 young people, overseen complex operations in fast-paced environments ensuring functions in their entirety run seamlessly and efficiently.

I have the responsibility for financial duties to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and funding compliance, dealing with all invoicing and payment queries.
I also deal with course administration and certification.
